What do you mean by “Venue Consulting?”
It’s a fair question and one I’ve answered more than a few times since Aren’t We Lucky Consulting opened its doors. Venue consulting is about positioning your event venue for long-term success in an ever-changing market. As with any company, a venue needs to stay profitable and stay booked and we can teach you how to do that. Granted, it’s not that simple. If it were, you wouldn’t need me. Through a process of examining your venue, learning your goals and updating some procedures, we can make your venue stand out to your guests and put more money in your pocket.
Aren’t We Lucky Consulting first seeks to understand how your venue works – what are your costs? What are your challenges? Where can we improve? How do we best market the unique things you have and attract the right clients? Then, we develop a plan to improve on your processes and find efficiencies you may have missed. Every venue is different and there is never just one right answer. We want to find the right combination of answers that will lead you to continued and sustainable success.
New venues have new challenges. We can help. Setting up processes and procedures from Day 1 is critical for your venues success for years to come. Opening your doors can be risky and downright frightening. We’ve helped launch venues across Denver and we know how to do it right and avoid common missteps.
Older venues need love too. Often, a refresh is in order to keep up in an ever-changing landscape. The event market is saturated with unique spaces and keeping yours booked is a constant challenge. We can help with an audit and suggest ideas to keep you profitable and functioning.
Hiring AWLC can give your venue an edge over others with expert experience and solid advice. We’ve been working in some of Denver’s most sought-after venues gaining experience with the unique needs of private, non-profit and government-run organizations. We have solutions for short and long-term plans and for sustained profitability. Let us show you more. AWLC offers your event venue a fresh perspective on everything from operations to staffing and even promotional support and marketing.
